We offer an alternative delivery address for gifts, and will be happy to include a handwritten personal message on your behalf if required.

All orders for delivery within the uk are subject to a £3.95 postage charge.
Overseas airmail will be charged with insurance included as follows:
- Eire £6.95
- Europe £11.95
- USA/Canada £18.95
- Elsewhere £22.50
Outside the EU you may have to pay local import taxes/duties.
Postage will be first class royal mail and sometimes a signature will be required.
If there is a problem with the royal mail such as a strike then an alternative courier will be used.
We aim to process all orders and refunds within a 48 hours. however refunds to a card may take up to 14 days to show.
If your divine purchase does not please then please return it to us unused in its original packaging for an immediate exchange or refund.
For hygiene reasons earrings for pierced ears are not returnable.

Q. How long will my order take?
A. We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours, however for some of our handmade designs this may take a little longer - if in doubt please email us at info@icandyjewellery.co.uk and will give you a time estimate.
Q. Can i send orders to more than one delivery address?
A. Of course, but each order has to be placed separately.
Q. Can my details be removed from your mailing list?
A. Please either click on our unsubscribe link on one of our emails.
Q. Is your jewellery available in different lengths?
A. Most of our pieces can be produced in different lengths. This is a bespoke service and you will need to contact us with your requirements and we will arrange a quote and let you know how long the piece will take to make(usually about 21 days).
